After Less Than A Week Of GOP Control, Kentucky Passes 20-Week Abortion Ban
The state also passed a bill that would require women to get an ultrasound before an abortion.

Neither the 20-week abortion ban nor the ultrasound bill contains exceptions for cases of rape and incest.

These laws are also unconstitutional.
