RTW laws are so ridiculous. Everyone has a right to work, but if you work at a place of employment wherein you benefit from having a labor union working in your defense, then it's simply unfair to the union and it's dues paying members for you not to pay as well. The GOP doesn't care about workers being compelled to become unionized, only that labor power and worker representation as a political and socioeconomic force are crushed for the benefit of already privileged capital.

It's unfortunate Kentucky workers will suffer as a result of these policies. But, they voted for it, so what can you do?

After Less Than A Week Of GOP Control, Kentucky Passes 20-Week Abortion Ban
The state also passed a bill that would require women to get an ultrasound before an abortion.

Neither the 20-week abortion ban nor the ultrasound bill contains exceptions for cases of rape and incest.

These laws are also unconstitutional.

I think their passing these laws to try and get it to the SCOTUS

That's most likely true. With a Republican dominated SCOTUS, they could easily have Roe v Wade severely cut back or perhaps, albeit less likely, have it repealed.
