Most lists say there are 9 Jewish senators now: Feinstein, Bennet, Blumenthal, Schatz, Cardin, Franken, Schumer, Wyden and Sanders. I know Feinstein isn't halachically Jewish, but if you don't count her and say there are 8, how do you arrive at 10 in the previous Congress? In that case you can't count Boxer either.
