Maybe we should instead just reform the party. Give it a new name and a facelift. I think big-tent libertarianism might be the way to go rather than the somewhat restrictive philosophy we have now(which is one of the real world LP's problems, IMHO, though we are less so).

I know I've probably pryed in this too much as is, but I think the Liberty Party would be too close to the Freedom Party.

If they're really about freedom they won't care what our name is! Grin

I'd love to join, but I also want to be an ACA member. I can't be a member of two parties at once, can I? Cheesy

I don't think we'd have a problem with that, and you can be in more than one party in real life.

3) Become the Liberty caucus, which, imo, isn’t a bad idea

Probably the best idea.

Here, have some this cake left over from when I was in the Loony Party.

I dunno - there's no telling what's in that cake. I think I heard about that incident. Just remember this: bake the cake and THEN put in the stripper, not the other way around.

You don't?  In that case, I'll have to invade Georgia and liberate you.

I don't need liberating. If I feel the need to have my oppressors overthrown, I'll do it myself thanks. Smiley (not to mention that the Georgian citizenry is probably better armed than Canada is)

The guy down the street in Georgia is probably better armed than the Canadian military, but that's never shaken our resolve before! Smiley

Alright, maybe this will shake your resolve - invade this state and you won't have the support of the US military anymore. Wink
