I just wanted to get a sense of where our posters are coming from. My initial inclination is that the majority obviously come from counties Clinton won, but many of our posters, even if they live in a red county, probably live in a county that trended Democratic this election. We shall see...

I live in a Trump county that trended Democratic.

D.C. went from Obama +84 to Clinton +87. Turnout was up 10% from 2012 and 55% from 2000. Our vote may not count but we are determined to be heard morally.

Clinton county that trended Republican. I'm hoping that's mostly because of depressed Bernie people and it trends back next time.

Started off as Opt. 1, but technically now Opt. 2...but the trend is dubious at best and quite obviously the result of pissed off Millennials with no patience to vote for two old conservative codgers, especially if one of 'em was gonna win anyway...and black turnout.

No matter, it's still the strongest D county in the whole state besides the City-County to the west [and besides 1976 when Ford must've had some kind of appeal, that's been the gospel truth since 1960 anyway]

Option 1, even though I didn't think King could get much more Democratic. Obama +40 to Clinton +49. The county I lived in shortly before I voted, though, was option 2 (Pierce went from Obama +11 to Clinton +7.)

A Hofer-county that trended to Van der Bellen.

Zell am See district voted for Hofer with 58% in May and with 52.6% in December - a swing of 5.4% towards Van der Bellen.

But Austria-wide, VdB "only" improved from 50.3% to 53.8% - a swing of 3.5%

Which means Zell am See trended to VdB by 1.9 points relative to the Austrian results.

Option 3 Sad

Minnehaha did not trend as far GOP as the the more rural counties in SD did, though.
