Hillary Clinton has been around in the national political scene since 1992, for about 25 years now. When was the first time you ever saw her on television on the news?

1992

Btw, I also first saw George W. Bush in 1992, when he was interviewed at the Republican National Convention.

Probably in 92 when her husband sought the Democratic nomination for President.

I don't remember the first time I ever heard of her - she was already first lady when I was born. I think the first time I remember distinctly seeing her face was when Living History came out in 2003. My mom went to one of her book signings, so I saw her picture on the cover of the copy she got.

Can't remember.  First vivid memory I have of her was her stirring comeback win in the 2008 NH Primary.  That moment she had where she choked up was beautiful.

I'm sure I saw her in a newspaper photo in 1991 or 1992 before I ever saw her on TV.

The 60 Minutes in 1992 during the primaries.

I cringed listening to her fake Southern accent.  I was a Democrat back then, and I hoped that Bush could be beaten and though that a Southerner like Bill Clinton was needed.  I was hoping that she wouldn't do something self-indulgent to blow it for Bill, as she had a knack, even then, of making the interview about her.

In the end, I voted for Jerry Brown in the primary.  I voted for Bill Clinton in the General, but even then, she tried to make so much of the campaign be about her.

2008, I think, when Dutch media portrayed her as the villain who dared standing in the way of Messiah Obama.

Some time in the 90s, but not as far back as 92.

2004, she was floated around as an opponent against Bush for a bit. Popped up in a newspaper.

Can't remember the first time, probably as a kid growing up in the '90s on the news somewhere.

In person, the first time I saw her was May 5, 2008, the day before the Indiana Primary when she came to Evansville to speak with Evan Bayh. What a difference eight years makes.

Of course, but she wasn't exactly on French TV or newspapers every day. Also, I was 14.

This, except I voted Tsongas and am still a Democrst. I'm sure I saw her face in media before 60 minutes, but this is the first time I heard her speak.

Saw her on TV? Probably 1992, though I was only 3 or 4 years old at the time. Maybe late 1991 during the run-up to the Democratic primaries.

I first started following politics and really knowing who she was in 2007, but I think I was probably vaguely aware of Bill Clinton's wife's existence before then.

First time I saw her in person was during the 2016 campaign, at a rally in Columbus, OH.

I was pretty young so it had to have been in the 1998-2001 time frame. If not during the Lewinsky case, then certainly when she won her NY Senate seat in 2000

When Bill won, but my first vivid memory of her was during the Lewinsky scandal. I became anti-Hillary when she declared war on video games (GTA: San Andreas "Hot Coffee" mod debacle).

Around early or maybe spring 2007 when she was first announcing. I saw her on in the background on the Today Show on some crappy CRT TV that was in the kitchen.
