That's unlikely. Wesley Clark, Howard Dean, Deval Patrick, and Evan Bayh strike me as the most likely. Maybe Bill Richardson or Lee P. Brown.

Probably, there'd be a lot more to prove on her end, and the looming fear of Dubya, Part III would make her take a pick more for the base.

This election was supposed to be a coronation, so she felt safe with the "double down" strategy.
