These are more complicated than "acceptable" and "unacceptable"

Gay Relations: Acceptable but I don't think its acceptable or honest to willfully (not because you are afraid) be closeted in either direction.
Having a baby outside of marriage: It is unacceptable if you don't seriously prepare for the child
Sex outside of marriage: I think it's OK. Stuff happens. You get lonely. I think its better to have someone, though.
Divorce: unacceptable unless its because of an affair or domestic abuse.
Embryonic Stem Cell Research: I think its a great thing but if the Universities and Doctors can do without it, then they should do without it.
Polygamy: I'm open to it. I wouldn't choose it for myself.
Cloning humans: I don't see how its this horrible thing but I don't see how it can really help anyone, though. Theoretically, we can use things like SCNT revolutionize health care, drastically improve and prolong living standards and fix the economy.
Gambling: Perfectly acceptable. We live in a Capitalist society. We worship gambling.
Abortion: It really depends. It's not just like getting a gall bladder out but its not this Casey Anthony German fairy tail, either.
Cloning animals: Acceptable
Fur: Acceptable
Affairs: Unacceptable
Death Penalty: Unacceptable
Medical Testing on Animals: See embryos.

Let me clarify - I did not mean that unrestricted abortion was morally acceptable for Jews, I just meant to say that Judaism has important theological distinctions from Christianity regarding abortion that affect the moral acceptability of therapeutic abortions including at least life of the mother, and probably also rape, incest and early-stage abortion. I do not want to impose moral judgement based on Christian theology upon Jews.

He had part of a thread on this. It was weird. Basically that according to Catholic teaching, life begins with the Sacred Union of an egg, sperm, and soul. When the result is aborted, an unsaved soul leaves the Earth. If the soul was part of God's original covenant (Abraham's Covanent) it is already saved and doesn't risk going to hell.

Doctor-assisted suicide: Acceptable, particularly for those with a terminal and debilitating illness.

I can't even imagine your moral justification for assisted suicide under any other circumstance...

Uh, a terminal disease that isn't quite so debilitating, but terminal nonetheless? In that case, it wouldn't be a matter of reducing suffering, so I'd view it more as something the patient should decide, rather than what I mentioned earlier, since I think it's immoral to force a patient to slowly suffer and deteriorate, with no hope of recovery.

Maybe with the potential to be debilitating but is nonetheless definitely terminal?

The point is you have a prognosis of a less than a 10% chance of surviving 5 years or a 50% chance of surviving 6 months or a year. The death will be painful.
