I think he might ultimately be a purely party-line vote (give or take Manchin and Collins).

If I heard the vote so far correctly, it was a party line vote, though some of those were votes by proxy for Senators not present, and they have a couple hours to come in in person and change it if they want.

Anyway, now the Senators are explaining their votes.

Nikki Haley has been confirmed as the Ambassador to the UN.  Currently, she has unanimous support, at 51-0.

EDIT: Udall has cast the first no vote.  Her confirmation vote is currently 76-1.

EDIT 2: Haley passes by a vote of 96-4.  Udall, Coons, Sanders, and Heinrich were the four no votes.
