Um, hello?




Though to be fair I haven't driven a 4C or Giulia(for obvious reasons) yet.


Anyway, the EPA has not only strange rules regarding diesels(seriously, Europe's laws in this regard are far better) but also completely ignored when Harley-Davidson was caught cheating on their bikes and then gave them with a paltry 15 million dollar fine.
