An alternate theory I would propose is that it's because we don't have blue or pink hair or edgy "style".

Physical attractiveness too highly subjective to even be remotely meaningful in any study like this.

Also, what's wrong with pink hair? I love girls with dyed hair.

I think it's moreso the type of people who dye it aren't very attractive to begin with. Nothing too unattractive about the dying itself.

You can only put so much eyeliner and eye makeup on those crazy eyes.
