Since they're busy trying to dissect every other potential progressive candidate?

Just get a celebrity who promises the moon.

And which problems would that solve?

I completely disagree with their ideas, but the shaming "berniebros" get here is ludicrous.  They simply want a Democratic Party focused on class issues and helping those who need the most help, which is ... ya know ... the entire point of the party, per THE PARTY.

Oprah or Tom Hanks might be good candidates.

Ok then I'd go full Kevin Spacey against the Donald.

The fact that you use the term berniebros makes anything you say irrelevant.

They probably shouldn't run a celebrity, but if they did, how about Alec Baldwin? Cheesy

Meryl Streep is probably the best one out of them all if you want to go for a celebrity.

Kanye would be the only acceptable celebrity nominee.

Probably if they want to go to the route of "tell it like it is" and offend people.

Why do mods allow this kind of threads?

These are personal attacks!

Except it does. It was invented by Clinton supporters in an attempt to slander Bernie's male supporters as sexist and bigoted. Not to mention that Gloria Steinem said the only reason young girls were voting for Bernie is because it would make it easier for them to find partners in the Bernie camp.

Now that was downright sexism; implying that all of Bernie's supporters were white males.

Some random Clinton supporter said something sexist. A single person.

On the OTHER side

Literal death threats over a caucus. I'm not sure if trumps supporters have ever been that bad.

And bernies response to demands to apologize for his supporters misbehavior(Which it bears repeated included actual death threats) was to blab on about how bad the delegate selection rules were(the thing bernie delegates were mad about was Clinton supporters keeping sanders from winning a majority of the pledged delegates due to caucus BS when Clinton had won the caucus's popular vote)

All of this happened to women BTW. Saying women should be raped, that they should be killed, posting their home address and phone number, sending intimidating calls, all to silence women(and only the women) who somehow criticized or stood against bernie.
