Gillibrand's problem is her penchant for reinventing herself based on her constituency (which I don't think is an inherently bad thing, but which looks really bad these days), not any particular issue or issue set.

Not a problem if she's successful at it. Which would be an insipid cliche of response on my part, except that Democrats are extremely likely to nominate someone who's gone through a significant political reinvention since 2016.

Okay, I gotta ask about your signature, haha.  Is there some thing I'm unaware of that ties those POTUS' together?
