So I've been basically in an emotional, physical, mental, spiritual rut for I can't even remember how long and this is the time of year I'm trying to improve so that maybe I can dig out of it once and for all. Trying to take my classes seriously (I've usually done just enough to skate by), read more, go on Atlas a tad less (probably already failing at that), develop interests I already enjoy or used to enjoy as well as new interests, and not be such a ing loner and make new friends (which, ugh, I hate because I'm anti-social but at the same time get sad when I realize how few people I have in my life). I'm waiting about a month to go the gym because really  trying to go to the gym in January of any year because RESOLUTIONERS (yes, i did this last year because i was also a hopeless resolutioner), but exercise is also on the agenda.

For the first time in my history on Atlas I now have a negative economic score on the Political Matrix. Started off as E 8.52 almost exactly two years ago.

At the same time, my social score is higher than ever.

Today is my vegetarianniversary.

I had my first meeting with a personal trainer today and we did some tests. My overall weight isn't hugely problematic but I do have too much body fat so my expectation is he'll recommend mostly converting-fat-to-muscle exercises rather than the weight-loss exercises I was initially expecting. This is honestly a little alarming to me but whatever. My cardiovascular health is good so I'm assuming the fat isn't in the worst places it could be, and my stamina and endurance seem less unspeakably awful than I was afraid.

That's great! Good luck in going forward with this.

(though I do think the idea of converting fat into muscle is a proven myth)

Thanks for the prayers and advice... I was PTSDing majorly last night.  I honestly believe the only way to kick these problems that I've had my entire life would be for me to check out of this life early, but then I have my mom to worry about, and of course upsetting God.  I honest to God don't want to be here anymore, and if I must then I want to be unconscious for as much of it as I can, just so that I don't have to be in pain.

The only person left in my life right now (outside the internet) is my mom.  She's all that's left.  When her time comes, whether it's thirty days or thirty years from now, I know I'll be evaluating a lot of things.  Her health isn't good either, though.  I don't know what's going to happen.  I'll do what I think is best when the time comes.
