After going a few months without exercise, I decided to spend a few hours wandering around somewhat aimlessly at Lake Balboa Park. Now waiting for the tension headache to subside.

My hypochondria nearly gave me another panic attack. I hate this fragile feeling. Sad

A police helicopter woke me up and has been flying around for the past 15 minutes.

So I was eating, when I sneezed and felt something dislodge in my throat. I cough up a disgusting ball of sh**t and now my throat feels better than it has been in days. At least now I know that feeling In my throat was(mainly) not anxiety. I am probably still underestimating the amount of distress my tonsils have caused me over the years.

Pretty sure I just had a heart attack.

Not trying to be rude, but are you sure it wasn't acid or anxiety causing that?

So I was exited becuase these past two days i have been feeling "normal", and by that I means little symptoms of whatever it is that have. That ended in a mildly terryfying episode in math class today, when I felt a throbbing, pulled muscle kind of pain on the left side of my neck, in addition my left arm got kind of tingly and weak.

This is the same spot that game me my first major panic attack a little less than a year ago so I am unsure if it is a coincidence.

Woke up this morning to find my tinnitus is worse than usual. I am currently drowning it out with sound therapy, but it usually comes back in a few minutes it I take off the earbud.

After feeling something crawking in my bed, and killing a spider, my urge to sleep has strangely lessened. I plsn on getting back up in a while to scrupulously check for any inflammation or bite mark I may have missed.

So I have spent the past week waking up all soggy, despite the air conditioner being on, although this is partially my fault for having such a strong preference for warm blankets, even when not needed. Now my head is in the clouds and i'm pretty sure that the vibrations I feel in my chest are from sleep deprivation too.

I have been feeling off these past few days, and my headaches look like they are returning. Hopefully it's nothing, but considering how awful last fall was it's quite unsettling.
