No. Russia is an important country with a distinct culture that deserves independence. I would, however, immediately return Crimea to Ukraine, Ossetia and Abkhazia to Georgia and try to create an independent Circassian country in the northern caucasus. Perhaps even return Karelia to Finland, and definitely partition Kaliningrad between its neighbours
