Barack Obama is leaving office on Friday, so I'm asking you to fill in the blank one more time. I got impatient.

I'l say it again, Barack Obama is and will be soon, the best president since Bill Clinton.

Carter, and that's saying something as I consider Obama to be a bad and subpar president.

Obama has been worse then his last four predecessors (Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan), to me. Especially on foreign policy.

He is better then Carter, however, on almost literally every issue.

Eisenhower. I will never understand the Jimmy Carter fetishism on this site.

Probably since LBJ or JFK. Carter was a poor president, let's not kid ourselves, even if he was less bad than almost everyone else on the list.

If Obamacare survives or is ironically strengthened by the very people trying to destroy it, I would definitely put Barack Obama as our best President since Lyndon Johnson.

or Eisenhower. I dislike LBJ more than the average leftist, but I can understand that many people will say he's been the best since Johnson.

The best since Lyndon B. Johnson. Obama was better on foreign policy than LBJ (but not better than JFK, Nixon, Ford, Poppy, Billy or Carter). But on domestic policy, LBJ outmatches him easily, despite all successes. As well as political operator. In the category of integrity, he's the best since both Ford and Carter.

Bill Clinton was a great President, so him. George W. Bush is a better person than Bill Clinton or Obama, though.

LBJ. Considering his integrity (first president since, what, Carter without any major internal scandals), his accomplishments in the realm of healthcare in the face of serious adversity, the Cuban Thaw, 73 months of job growth, he will be remembered warmly.

Even further back. Probably Eisenhower or FDR. His foreign policy was a minus, but otherwise, amazing president. Clinton gives him tough competition, though.
