If the Dems win the Congress in 2018...

This is obviously a hypothetical scenario that is somewhat unlikely given which seats are up for re-election in the Senate and how gerrymandered the House districts are in many states in favor of Republicans.

But let's assume that it happens.  Dems win all seats they currently hold and add 3 more (lets say Arizona, Nevada and Texas) in the Senate and also win a razor thin majority in the House.

How do you think Trump governs in the 2nd half of his term?  Does he block all Democratic legislation or does he govern more as a Democrat?  Lets assume that the Democrats pass singlepayer.  Does Trump veto it or not?

Whether or not Trump supports single payer (which is unlikely he would push for it), Republicans will push him to derail it (main argument being higher taxes) and Trump wants lower taxes for the rich (to benefit himself) and raise taxes for the middle class and lower. Don't get too hopeful.

I admit, Trump is unpredictable (like he warned us) and hasn't even gone through inauguration yet so it's hard to tell how he'll govern (I'm expecting it to be horrible).
