The portrait is not really ugly in an artistic point of view. While Obama's reflected his personality really well, being cool, relaxed, smiling, youthful etc. - Trump's really fits his personality somehow.

Mean, arrogant, omnipresent and somehow powerful, like in: "Don't mess with me !" while the large black spaces of his suit are emblematic of his obscurity. Meanwhile, the red tie sticks out like a bloodstained dagger.

I actually think that's a really good portrait. He looks kind of... sad without looking weak. Almost as if he has, dare I say, a sense of what he's gotten himself into.
