Trump doesn't believe polls, and it is too early to say if this wouldn't happen- he isn't even president yet! I do expect him to rerun in 2020, it's very rare for a president to decline running for a second term.

Not only will Trump run again, but he will win all states he won in 2016 plus MN, NH, ME, CO, NV, NM, RI, DE and CT. Possibly even VA.

Yes.

Let's judge this prediction after the 2020 election.

Some of you dismissed my prediction that Trump would win PA and MI before VA with equal confidence.

Reagan had low approval ratings too for the first two or three years (not calling Trump a reagan). Premature speculation is never wise.

No, I sincerely doubt that Trump has the humility to forgo a second term even if his approval ratings are terrible.
