Voted for the 7 I went out of my way to watch. West Wing, Cheers, both Offices (though I've watched the US version more, I just wanted to get to eight), Community, Both Doctor Whos (Doctors Who? Anyway, since '05 was the only one nominated, I just voted for that), and Veep.
I'm also a big fan of the throats of the 50 people in round 1A that didn't vote for Quantum Leap or 3rd Rock (or at least 3 of them Wink). Tongue

Adventure Time and Borgen. The latter being literally one of very few political series not to go completely absurd. God bless Denmark.

Seriously, like every longtime running American political series is bound to get ridiculous. House of Cards, Scandal, those started decently and descended into an outright absurd (HoC) of muh edgy conspiracy plot (Scandal). Although I have my beef with Sorkin, the West Wing went downward when he left. The conspiracy plot seems to be working nicely for Designated Survivor for now. We'll see.

Voted for four cartoons (Adventure Time, Gravity Falls, Legend of Korra, The Simpsons [because they were still golden in the '90's and pretty good after the movie bump])

And the other four: The Office (US), 24, Leverage, and The Flash

There are better Canadian shows than Corner Gas. Surprised it's on here. Right now my favourite Canadian show is Kim's Convenience.

I can't believe I forgot to nominate All in the Family Sad  I also noticed that the field in this round seems to be far weaker than the field in Round 1A.  If the shows are split into two polls next round too, it might make sense to re-scramble the composition of the two polls (just a thought).  Anyway...

In no particular order:

Last Week Tonight
The Sopranos
Veep
The West Wing
Jeopardy
The Office (U.S. version)
Mystery Science Theatre 3000
The Simpsons

Incidentally, while I suspect that most here wouldn't call the U.S. version of The Office the best show ever, it is probably among those with the best chance of winning the coveted title of "Atlas' Favorite TV Show" given that it is has such broad appeal and is pretty inoffensive regardless of one's political views.  The show (especially seasons 2-5) passes the whole "would everyone who comes over for Thanksgiving like it" test with flying colors and I imagine the shows that win stuff like this are often those with the broadest appeal rather than those that people love the most passionately.  This over-analysis of something that is just for fun and doesn't really matter is brought to you by Malcolm X Tongue
