Really? I know it's obvious you like him, but why is Amash a good fit for Michigan? I doubt he has blue-collar appeal, he'd get crushed in Macomb, he doesn't get along with Trump and therefore won't get help from him, and AIPAC and the anti-drug groups will help Stabenow.

He'd probably win with the white college educated vote.  He'd win the hardcore Christians in West Michigan (his district) handily.  There's even a chance he could pick up the Arab vote in East Michigan that used to be reliably Republican.

CA nobody, don't waste resources there
CT not sure, would be nice to get rid of Murphy so Dems have one less option for president
DE Mike Castle if he's still interested, otherwise nobody because Carper isn't that bad
FL not Rick Scott; this will be a tough race for a Republican regardless
HI Lingle or bust
IN Greg Ballard
ME not Paul LePage
MD see CA
MI no idea.
MN no idea who's out there, but given how it has trended, taking out Klobuchar is a worthy goal
MO Ann Wagner; otherwise find some union man and try to make it a 2016 redux
MT no idea; shame that's Zinke won't be available
NJ don't waste money here
NM Susana Martinez
NY nobody
ND probably Kevin Cramer
OH Kasich by a mile, but I don't see why he would want to do it at this point
PA probably some state senator from the blue-collar part of the state who can stop Trump voters from voting Casey like they did in 2012
RI Allan Fung
VT don't even waste money here
VA Barbara Comstock
WA Rob McKenna, or just give this one a pass as well
WV no idea
WI maybe try a state rep from the rural part of the state to set up a blue-collar rural vs. urban liberal showdown

CA - David Valadao
CT - John McKinney
DE - Mike Castle
FL - Rick Scott, I guess
HI - Nobody
ME - Bruce Poliquin
MD - Andy Harris
MA - Richard Tisei, because Curt Schilling has serious Todd Akin potential that could hurt Republicans everywhere
MI - Fred Upton? The GOP bench here is astonishingly weak
MN - Kurt Daudt
MT - Tim Fox
NJ - Tom Kean Jr.? Probably not worth contesting even though Menendez sucks
NM - Susana Martinez
NY - Richard Hanna if he's up for it, otherwise nobody
ND - Kevin Cramer
OH - Josh Mandel
PA - Ryan Costello
RI - Ken Block
VT - Nobody
VA - Barbara Comstock
WA - Rob McKenna
WV - David McKinley, though I personally want to see them put up Mooney
WI - Sean Duffy

For New York, how about actress Susan Lucci? She is very-well known, she is a Republican, supported Rudy Giuliani in his 2008 presidential campaign, and she looks good for her age. She'd give Kirsten Gillibrand a competitive race.

The GOP should run soap opera actress Susan Lucci. She's very popular in NY. She's from Long Island.  She'd give Gillibrand a tough race.

Only going to do seats where the GOP has any chance to be productive: (will include incumbent gop sens)
Alabama-Special: I'd prefer Bradley Byrne, Martha Roby or Robert Aderholt in that order.
Arizona: I want Jeff Flake to lose in a primary; David Gosar or Trent Franks would be good, in that order.
Florida: Ron DeSantis
Indiana: Luke Messer is a decent candidate but I'd prefer Susan Brooks or Peyton Manning in that order.
Mississippi: Roger Wicker
Missouri: Ann Wagner
Montana: Robert J. O'Neill
Nebraska: Deb Fischer isn't the best, but she'll win a 2nd term.
Nevada: Dean Heller (one of the best senators up in 2018)
North Dakota: Kevin Cramer
Ohio: Josh Mandel - and I'd clear the field for him.
Pennsylvania: Pat Meehan seems the most interested and is my personal choice for this race. I would not be opposed to Ryan Costello, either. Opposed to any pro-choice R's running against the supposedly pro-life Bob Casey.
Tennessee: Bob Corker should retire Smiley Would prefer Marsha Blackburn or Peyton Manning to run, in that order.
Texas: Ted Cruz
Utah: Orrin Hatch, probs.
Virginia: Eric Cantor was my #1 choice, but I'd pick Barbara Comstock, since Cantor ruled out a run.
West Virginia: Evan Jenkins
Wisconsin: Sean Duffy
Wyoming: John Barrasso

NOTES:
Maine won't be competitive, just run a generic, non-Lepage R who could hit 40%.
Michigan and Minnesota will not be competitive. Though, I wouldn't wind if Justin Amash would run (and lose) to Debbie Stabenow. If I had to pick an actual candidate I'd want to win...then I'd choose Fred Upton or Candace Miller. In MN, I rather keep Erik Paulsen in the House. He'd be a better opponent against Franken in 2020 (or he could just continue to build seniority in the House). So, a good wave insurance candidate (like some well-liked state senator) would suffice. Tom Emmer wouldn't be horrible, either.
In New Jersey,  Tom Kean, Jr. would be the only candidate who could even possibly beat Menendez but even then I still think Menendez holds on. Not sure if it is worth it to compete here.  The map is generally less favorable for the Dems, so those easily obtainable races are more important to me. If Kean couldn't be convinced, I'd back Menendez for re-election, so then, for sure, I wouldn't recruit any strong candidate.
Washington is almost certain to stay safe dem, but I would not be opposed to Dave Reichert giving it a go.

I agree with everything Sunrise posted, with the exception of me preferring Messer to Brooks/Manning.  Also, by far my most enthusiastic endorsement would be the late, great Ted Cruz.  My King is (still) Alive! Tongue

You don't know NY well..Lucci is queen in NY. She'd get 35%-41% of the vote. She's from Long Island, she'd do well in Nassau, but she'd romp Gillibrand in Suffolk.

She is one of America's favorite actresses....she'd give Gillibrand a run. She is also very good looking for her age, she'll connect with a lot of suburban women. She'd really give Gillibrand a run for her money in NY.

Add former All My Children actress Susan Lucci on the list. She's socially liberal, fiscally conservative. She'd make NY competitive.

Also New York Yankees president Randy Levine would make the seat competitive as well.

For Massachusetts, Curt Schilling, Gabriel Gomez, or maybe Sean Bielat, who ran against Ed Markey in the 2013 special election.

Schilling as someone to make the seat competitive, or Schilling as somebody to pull off a large publicity stunt? He's made a lot of anti-LGBT tweets, and also posted a picture praising the Confederate flag on Facebook (can't find it now, but somebody posted it on this site before). If he were running in Alabama for Sessions's seat, that's a good playbook. But in Massachusetts?

I mean no one is going to beat Warren so may as well run someone who will make the race interesting.

True. Massachusetts 2018 will be Likely/Safe D. Some Republicans should run against Gillibrand in NY-SEN 2018 as well. Susan Lucci would make it competitive if she ran.
