It frees up money to be spent domestically or to decrease the deficit. Even if, as a pro-lifer, think PP does far more good than bad thus isnt about PP in the US.

It is first an issue of whether you think US tax dollars should be spend on foreign organizations at all when US citizens are suffering. Only if you feel the such money should be spent would this be a negative and then only if you think PP should be prioritized over an organization that does not offer abortion related services.
