What if gluttony was as a big concern for voters as lust or sloth are?

What laws on diet look like?

Portion sizes. Bans on salt, most sugar, meat, lard, caffeine, and gluten. Mandatory blood sugar testing for welfare programs. Restrictions on SNAP eligible foods. One candy bar a month limit. Stop and frisk to look for sweet tea and skittles. Removal of most snacks from military pxs and prison stores. Warning labels on bags of chips.

Remember your body is a temple.

NYC-style large soda bans would be pretty easy to implement nationally, especially if Republicans supported them.

They already do large beer bans here in Florida.

I can also see things like restrictions of red meat on religious grounds.

There is nowhere in America where the majority religion bans red meat, so that's not happening.

I just wish they were able to see that pride is the one real sin of modern society.
