Priebus also sent out a memo telling all agencies that they were implementing a freeze on new regulations.  (Trump can talk populist all he wants, but his actions tell me that he will govern as a Reaganite conservative).

I like the freeze, best decision of his administration thus far. Not too sure about the other stuff though.

The regulations thing is the most significant. There are bills in Congress which could pass that would fundamentally transform the Administrative Procedures Act (which governs how regulations are made) for the first time in 50 years.

Breaking up the 9th is long overdue, and in many respects was more needed than the split of the 5th circuit in 1981 that created the 11th.  (Fun fact, Gerald Bard Tjoflat, was originally appointed to the 5th before the split and is the only remaining active judge in the 11th who was originally appointed to the 5th.)  That said, the proposed split in Flake's bill is stupidly partisan.  If the 9th is split, then the new 12th circuit should consist of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.  However such a split wouldn't put a circuit court in Phoenix, which Flake's split probably would.

He's been a busy boy today.  His hand should be tired from signing all those executive orders.

He's pushing the agenda, wait until the end of the year to see how it turns out. Ultimately, anyone with common sense can see it works against him. Trump is a true puppet that'll listen to anyone, because he wants people to like him. Bannon should be gone before the end of the year because he's just toxic, if his "drunk" ass really did make a move on one of Pence's daughters then Bannon will be out. Before he got into the white house, Bannon looked like a drunk and he acts like one. Kushner should be able to point that garbage out to him. Trump is a man who wants to see all sides of the spectrum then decide where he should go, which is a shame because he pandered to some of the worst parts of the GOP.

It should still raise flags on the narrative that Trump and Russia are too cozy with each other.

Schumer is trying to troll Trump hard. This may be the best way to go after Trump and his administration, he's the Internet Age President and he seems to get riled up easily, so trolling him could really work. Trump flies off the cuff too much, it gets people like Kelly Anne Conway to spew nonsense like "alternative facts". It exposes them for what they are, con-artists.

No way Trump and Schumer are good friends. Trump is an America first extremist with neo-fascist tendencies, so there is no way he could be good friends with a liberal Jewish American senator.

Not as close as Shumer and Trump.  The point is, these guys aren't as far apart on things as rhetoric would have you believe.  Expect him to MAKE GREAT DEALS AGAIN, including with Shumer on a nominee for SCOTUS.  One that will save face for Shumer so he can bitch and moan all over TV but get the nominee through.
