I'm easy, that helps.  If it was up to me, we'd order when we sit down.  Slow people anger me when they slow me down.  I don't care what you do in your own time (of which you seem to think you have an endless supply of, you don't), but get out of the passing lane when you're done passing (and if you're not passing and are in the passing lane you're worse than Hitler), get off the bike path all together and figure out what the hell you want to eat in a reasonable amount of time.
