I don't think we've seen the last of him, unfortunately. But, I feel confident saying he will never come anywhere close to being elected ever again.

Back in the day, he had a chance to win elections because he didn't look or sound like an ex-KKK leader. Nowadays, he looks horrifying and his complete ideology has now been exposed to the public. He may run for something, but is unlikely he will ever hold elected office again, especially since his ambitions are greater than the Louisiana House.
