Assuming you're talking intervention in general, while I'm not a purist I'd definitely lean towards "no wars ever" over "loads of wars," so:

Bad people exist, and the military is the best way to eliminate them from existence, thus making things better for the rest of us.

And if you're talking pure pacifism vs. literally everything else, then:

War, what is it good for? Absolutely nothing!
