HP. His burning of cities was unnecessarily destructive and I can't believe that the OP sees no issue with it.

As someone who has a great deal of respect for the legacy of the Comanche nation, I don't have a very high opinion of the man who spent years of his life trying to eradicate them in brutal fashion.

I admire his service during the Civil War. But I feel that his actions against Native Americans make him a firm HP.
