I don't know many Dutch stereotypes, so no.  I guess my having Calvinist tendencies would, but it seems that no longer applies to The Netherlands today, though it does to Dutch Americans.

I tend to be somewhat typical of Post-USSR Jewish immigrant's offspring. Fairly traditional in terms of culture Jewishness and Judaism theologically and fairly conservative politically.

I have some of the American Jewish thirst for knowledge. And, of course, my Zionism is fairly typical of right-wing Israelis.

What are the stereotypes of people who are so mixed they don't know what the heck to identify with?

If we're talking about "white dude," sure. In high school, I was on the rowing team in fall and spring quarters, and the Nordic skiing team in the winter.

If we're going for French Basque stereotypes. Ummm.... I love to sample cheeses? If anybody has some stereotypes about French-Basque-Americans, I'd love to hear them.

I can fall asleep to black metal, and one of the songs I use in particular for help falling asleep is from an early Burzum album.

As far as Polish stereotypes go... well, people say we're dumb all the time, right?  So I guess I have the occasional Polack moment.

I have a mix of several ethnicities in my family, but I generally identify most with the German side of my family and surprisingly I fit most of the stereotypes.

1. Germans are direct - This absolutely fits me, especially when interacting with people I don't know.
2. Germans love rules, organization, and structure - Definitely me as well. Everything must be organized, I have a strong aversion for breaking even small rules, and can't stand when work or school doesn't have clear guidelines and procedures to follow.
3. Germans are punctual - I'm always early to everything and have limited tolerance for people who don't abide by a set time.
4. Germans love football - I dislike sports.
5. Germans are well insured - This just seems like common sense. Why wouldn't you want insurance even for your pet?
6. Germans are distant - I absolutely abhor small talk, hate people sitting or standing close to me, and prefer to keep things formal.
7. Germans love to drink beer - I'm not much of a drinker.
8. Germans know how to bake bread - Baking is the one method of cooking I'm actually good at. And I absolutely love bread.
9. Germans love sausage - Not so much.

So, according to this reasonably good list (as far as stereotypes go), I'm 6/9 and fit the most important ones. Undeniably I'd fit the stereotype of Germans.

Yeah, up to a point, I'm a somewhat stereotypical upper middle class Yankee WASP type. My political evolution also somewhat follows that cohort's changing niche. I'm a Democrat now.

I'm a half German, half English middle class white guy from the midwest, I don't have an "ethnic" to stereotype....other than "average middle class white guy from the midwest".  I probably fit the stereotype of that about 58% of the time, but that's not an ethnicity...is it?

I love mayonnaise.  I put it on everything.  (I didn't know about that stereotype till I saw it on Undercover Brother, but it fits me perfectly.)

Americans?  Nah, we try to be very polite and unassuming when we have traveled to Europe.  I am sure people still know we are American immediately (which I'm A-okay with!), but I don't think we embody many stereotypes, especially negative ones ... hope so at least.

Germans (heritage)?  I guess I can be pretty damn anal when it comes to some things, haha.  Also love beer!  If we are going with physical stereotypes, I have very northern German features, too.

Probably a lot more, just can't think of them right now. The thing that people should realize more is that, stereotypes exist for a reason, culture is something to be embraced not ashamed of. While not all of the things I listed about myself are particularly positive, I am generally a happy person and see no reason to be ashamed of who I am, or where I came from.
