He's ok. He tends to come out on the right side, just usually for different reasons. A good case to read to notice a contrast between him and the other conservatives is US v. Stevens (2010)

Not a libertarian, but I just wanted to poke my head in to say that none of the current justices are good. RBG is probably closest.
