This is not good. Should people have the right to know if federal inspectors have found a dog breeder to be running a puppy mill or torturing animals? Or to know if an animal shelter is abusive or neglectful?

Expect to see much, much more of this kind of thing over the next 4 years (assuming that we make it that long).

Really, what's the point of this? It's absolutely malignant in nature to do something like this.

Of course, have we forgotten the first commandment of the Republican Party? Money über allies!

Seriously **** Trump. No one has made me more supportive of democrats than this bozo and his administration.
Animal welfare and environmental issues are my most liberal positions and they just so.happen to be high priority positions. At the very least I can say i will never support any republican who support this crap admin.

You'd be surprised how much opposition there is to animal rights legislation in certain pockets of America. Factory farmers and their lobbyists, circus owners, ect. Hell, cockfighting is point of serious contention in Kentucky politics.

The Trump administration can now literally add "harming little puppies" to its already extensive list of disgraceful acts.

They still have federal inspectors.

They've just gone out of their way to make the database private instead of public (hence defeating the purpose).

Thanks for this. As disgusting as this is, we can't blame the orange baboon for this. It shouldn't go forward of course but this seems an agency decision, not a political one.
