Gabbard met with Assad, she did not pal around with him. She is trying to help resolve the Syrian conflict and understands that that cannot be done without Assad. Hillary being friendly with Kissinger decades after he held power is very different.

Gabbard met with Assad, she did not pal around with him. She is trying to help resolve the Syrian conflict and understands that that cannot be done without Assad. Hillary being friendly with Kissinger decades after he held power is very different.

She palled around with him, and actively enabled and shilled for his war crimes while he was committing them. I would much rather she be friends with him decades later.
