If Trump is impeached, Pence and the entire cabinet should also be impeached.  Pence has been standing right next to Trump and smiling every time he signed an illegal executive order.  I would only allow cabinet members that have expressed their disagreement with Trump's actions (Tillerson for example seems to be ok).

That's bad, but not illegal.  What I meant was the only people in his administration who shouldn't be impeached are those who expressed their disagreement with Trump's illegal actions.  Sessions for example should definitely be impeached because he supported the illegal Muslim ban.

I wonder if Ginsburg becomes too old and tired to carry out her duties, if she would effectively retire but not give up her seat, which would hold since Republicans do not have the votes to remove her.
