This is a far better way to rebuild our military than either writing a blank check or making blind cuts. I fully support this bill.

I am declaring this final vote improperly conducted on the grounds that that:

1) A quorum of five votes was not present

Therefore I am opening a 72 hour final vote on passage of the Fiscal Responsibility in our Military Act.
