Dem exceptions were Collin Peterson and some Texans.

The Senate vote was party-line.

Why on earth shouldn't these payments be disclosed by these companies? How's it justifiable that they're able to conduct undocumented business with potentially hostile foreign governments without disclosing the details of that business? I'm not surprised this was the first major part of Dodd-Frank to be repealed, Republicans (especially those in the White House) need less transparency in shady corporate and other business relations.
