New PVI rankings

Trying to compile a list of all the districts in the US by using the Cook PVI formula. Obviously it would take some time to do all 435 districts so if anyone else has the information and the trend and would like to add them, please do

So far:
Maine
1- D+8 (no change)
2- R+2 (4--> R)

New Hampshire
1- R+2 (1-->R)
2- D+2 (1-->R)

Vermont
AL- D+15 (1-->R)
