End of 2017 is fairly low, but the end of 2018 will tell a lot. If 2018 is bad he could face a party/government simply not willing to support him, and that changes everything. Not that he would, but it would probably rule out him running again. At this point he's the one in power, and if he hasn't accomplished very much, he won't be able to retain the rust belt and his coalition of voters. They'll turn on him overnight. The other thing is that this "victim of the media" spiel is going to wear out pretty quickly at the current pace.

I could very easily see him "going on to other things" in 2020, if he makes it to 2019, and throwing his support behind Pence, assuming Pence wants it/is still around.

But four years is a long time, especially given the nature of the current situation. I'd say there's a small chance that almost anything could happen. Unfortunately, most of it is bad.

I doubt he would support Pence.  Knowing Trump, he would probably endorse the Rock in 2020.

0% and anyone who actually thinks Trump would ever willingly resign are delusional.

Short of a bona fide indictable offense coming to light, despite the Congressional leadership obviously avoiding any investigations whatsoever of Trump and his administration, this.

Eventually he will need to admit that he just isn't up to the job of President.

If he were to resign, there would be no such admission.  He'd blame the media.

0%.  If he's gone that soon, it'll be for health reasons such as a stroke or heart attack that causes the 25th amendment to be invoked.

ZERO. President Pussygrabber is a textbook narcissist. He would never ever resign from office. Even if he were in Nixon's situation. And if he were to be impeached, he would try anything to delegitimize the proceedings.
