Interrupting to refer to another city no one has talked about yet, Ladue, MO.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ladue,_MissouriMy effort to calculate the 2012 and 2016 results is hampered by the fact that there are a couple of precincts that do not lie wholly within Ladue city limits. So ignoring one precinct that is shared with Clayton, and using a precinct that lies mostly in Ladue but also has the tiny town of Huntleigh as well as a little bit of Frontenac, here is the best I could do.
2012: 66.9% for Romney, 32.5% for Obama.
2016: 50.1% for Trump, 45.4% for Clinton.
Clinton had about 600 more votes than Obama; Romney had about 1150 more votes than Trump.
