Greetings Honorable Justices I am filing suit against acting Prime Minister Governor Truman for failing to include a qualified candidate for Fremont house of commons.

I am running for Fremont house of commons

This poll opens at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday, February 17. All votes cast before this point will be counted invalid.

COMMONWEALTH OF FREMONT
FEBRUARY 2017 REGIONAL ELECTION
OFFICIAL BALLOT

1. This election will last for exactly 72 hours beginning at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday, February 17 and ending at 12:00:00 AM on Monday, February 20. All ballots cast outside of this period will be counted invalid.

2. You are eligible to vote in this election if you (a) have registered with the federal Census Bureau as a voter of one of the states of this Region; and (b) have not had your voting rights stripped as the result of deregistration or court order.

3. When voting for Prime Minister and House of Commons, please rank the candidates that appear on the ballot in order of preference, with "1" indicating your first choice, "2" your second choice, etc. You may rank all, some, or none of the candidates on your ballot. If you wish to vote for a candidate whose name does not appear on the ballot, you may do so by writing his or her name in the blank provided.

4. You are permitted, but not advised, to edit your ballot within 20 minutes of posting it in this thread. Editing your ballot more than 20 minutes after posting it in this voting booth will cause it to be counted invalid.

5. Please check over your ballot thoroughly before you click "Post". You have no excuse for casting a ballot which contains errors or does not accurately reflect your preferences. Failure to correct errors in your ballot may result in its disqualification. While the alphabetically-ordered ballot below is provided for your convenience should you wish to quote this post, you may order the options on your ballot however you would like.

I ask this court compel the Acting Prime Minister to place tomhguy on the ballot for Fremont House of Commons. I also ask that the Supreme Court place an emergency injunction suspending the start of this election until this problem can be rectified.

Thank You
Honorable Justices

tomhguy registered on February 11, 6 days before the election. Fremont and most regions required you to be registered for 7 days to vote and, I presume, to run as a candidate. Can someone confirm this is the case?

This was an oversight, and has been corrected. I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused, and certainly had no intention of excluding the candidate from the ballot.
