Just noticed that Lyon County gave a higher percent of the vote to Trump than Sioux County. Is this the first time Sioux wasn't the county with the highest percentage vote for a Republican in Iowa. Btw Sioux still had the higher margin though due to a lower Clinton vote.

1948 was the last time Sioux was not the most GOP county in Iowa.

True, but Sioux County still swung Republican albeit barely.  It was just that other counties shifted even more because the floor was much lower (and thus a greater swing), and Trump really blew the lid out of WWC voters.
