He was on Bill Maher last night. I didn't find him to be that deplorable; of course, he was probably "filtering" himself since he was going to be appearing before a liberal audience.

He saved his hotter takes for the aftershow.

Gross. The sudden Republican obsession with "edginess" is getting to be too much. Trump is a lot of fun. Romney, Ryan, McCain, and Jeb! are boring. But that doesn't mean we have to literally get a pro-rape crypto Nazi to speak just because my party is so emotionally invested in pissing off the other side (which, I admit, is a LOT of fun and very tempting after the eight years we just went through)

Glad I'm not the only one noticing this trend among young Republicans. They care more about "pwning liberals and SJWs" than they do any real policy.

CPAC, and conservatives as a whole, has always been guilty of elevating loudmouthed hucksters especially those whose race or sexual orientation or age suggest that they would usually be a Democrat. Rather than addressing they have a homophobia problem, they'll put a gay guy on stage to tell them that the LEFT are the real bigots. Rather than address why minorities don't vote Republican, they'll put David Clarke on stage to talk about how brown people are all criminals.

Notice that quieter, non-bomb throwing minority conservatives (Tim Scott, Ken Mehlman, ect.) get nowhere near the conservative attention and enthusiasm as say Allen West or Milo.

Just think, none of the other horrific things Milo has said made the CPAC organizers cancel his invitation. In fact, it's because of those other horrible things that he was invited in the first place. Who're they going to invite next year? Richard Spencer? At this point, why not?

Spencer tried to set up a booth (a folding table with some signs) at a Libertarian conference a while back. By all accounts he was laughed out of the building and made to leave.

The downfall of Milo is hilarious to watch.

What downfall would that be? You think that college Republicans will stop inviting him to speak at their campuses? You think that he won't be able to make rather more than the $250,000 Simon and Shuster were going to give him from self publishing? If you think either of those things then I think you're wrong. He's going to do just fine out of this.
