At best the case could be made that Americans of both political persuasions are inclined towards being easily offended. The right wing is no less likely to be triggered by something of which they disapprove than someone who's left wing. All that differs is what their triggers are. Those pushing Populist Correctness are triggered by any utterance or action that defies what they perceive as representative of the majority, the angry average Joe, the non-coastal elite, the "true Americans." If you dare say "happy holidays," well then you're a damn traitor and you risk triggering the true Americans who're offended on behalf of the majority their candidate never won. Any opinion that offends them is labeled with that word that now makes liberals recoil and tremble - "elistist." That word is the new "liberal" in American political discourse. Hit a Democrat with that word just once and watch them perform contortions to prove how non-elitist they are. Now calling people racists or citing facts are triggers and you should be ashamed for being such an elitist who's out of touch with real Americans.

So you guys are pissed that some softies on the right stole your playbook?  It sucks when the other side totally shuts down any chance of debate by calling you something you're not doesn't it?  Do you learn something from this?  No, you start a poll asking if people on the right doing the same thing some people on the left have been doing for years is less bad or more bad.  The answer, clearly, is that both are bad and both should be rejected by allies of the assclowns doing it.

The difference between the right and the left on victimhood couldn't be more clear-cut.

The Left: Everyone should be treated the same, and discrimination is bad.

The Right: We want to be special snowflakes, and to be free to discriminate against others.

Telling people living in a bubble that they live in a bubble isn't discrimination, and stopping abusers from abusing others is not abuse.

But if they're socially shamed for abusing, dehumanizing, and offending those who don't fit their specific group, then how can they go on with life in such an intolerably oppressive society?!

The alt rights are snowflakes of the highest order who would run screaming to Mommy the minute someone insulted them or looked at them cross eyed. The SJW Left also has this problem but the right has been virulently infected by this diseased lunacy. The SJW left still is a tiny minority.

The alt right would wet their pants at the thought of actually fighting for their ideals openly, which is why they harass people online and anonymously. They're cowards and people who would turn on this country at the drop of a hat.

Radical Islam? 95% of them would be bowing towards Tehran if an actual ISIS fighter was within 50 miles of them. They are plain and simple “cucks.˝

The alt-right is very small.  There also aren't any alt-right professors brainwashing students.

Nor are there any SJW professors brainwashing students.

This is where that whole "alternative facts," "liberal media," political correctness hysteria comes from. This is why we can't even agree on facts anymore. This is why consensus views among the scientific community can be dismissed based on personal beliefs, internet articles, right wing commentators, and "I heard" nonsense, such as anthropogenic climate change and evolution. Because in the end all they have to do is claim there's some conspiracy where everyone who has access to extensive data, information, research, and is thoroughly trained in the rigorous process of the scientific method and extensive higher education, are all part of a single ideology. And, interestingly, these highly trained professionals came to generally adopt this ideology, not due to the facts, but due to brainwashing. Yes, there's a liberal bias in the humanities and social sciences; even conservatives in these fields tend to diverge considerably from mainstream conservatism. Yet these right wing types are so convinced of their own superiority that they can't fathom that maybe those who're more well read and educated came to these different conclusions specifically because they're more well read and educated.

We can end political correctness and start doing the same thing to rural blue collar whites that we say to inner city blacks. Why should we tell them we're going to bring their jobs back? Maybe we should tell them to work harder, get education or job training and pull themselves up by the bootstraps because the government doesn't owe them money and they're just lazy for not working or having jobs???

Or at least move to where people are hiring. They usually make an excuse that they have family or something where they are...staying in a place because of family just doesn't work. I had to move to three cities where I didn't know anyone before.

You do realise many people don't have the money to leave, or don't wish to as that's where they're brought up, but of course democrats have adopted, "pull up your bootstraps", anti-working class language of the right, to be anti-trump, and sneer down white people that are poor based on their life situation, as they voted for Trump.

Also, do you have an college education, to leave where you had lived? To Move, is not a solution, for all the self-righteous democratic pric*k holes who state it as a solution.
