Hatch has said that he will likely retire.

2016 had 5 retirements. 2018 will probably have less than that.
Hatch made a pledge, but it's increasingly possible that he runs again - he definitely wants to. The polling for him does not look good, however - 70% don't want him to run again IIRC. I think if Huntsman decides to take the plunge Hatch will probably call it quits.
Feinstein is the other obvious retirement but all signs are pointing to her running again.
Carper and Cardin are both getting up there in age - I would expect at least one of them to retire. Possibly Hirono, too.
Flake is unpopular and has very little in the way of a campaign war chest - he may decide to quit rather than run a tough race and keep dealing with Trump if he wins.
There's been some speculation that Corker and Haslam will switch jobs but I doubt it now that Corker is in charge of the Foreign Relations Committee.

Hatch and Menendez are the most likely to retire. Carper is a possibility. I doubt Cardin will retire after only one term in the Senate; he's surely got the stamina to last another six years. Likewise Hirono seems unlikely to retire after just one term.
I would have guessed Feinstein and Nelson would retire, but it appears they've both announced they're running again.

Correction: Cardin is serving his second term. Are you thinking of King?

No, I just didn't stop to think about when Cardin first won. My mistake.

Hatch has all but announced he's running again, he's going to break his promise.
