I wish to thank the voters of the North Region for voting to name the region Lincoln, after me.

But no, really, I am not worthy of such an honor, for I am but a humble servant of the people.

So, is the North officially "Lincoln" now, or does the Assembly need to make the result of the plebiscite official?
