Party 1 - A slightly more moderate/conservative version of the Democrats. They lose the Bernie wing, but keep pretty much everyone to the right of Elizabeth Warren. The coalition is one of DLC corporate liberals, minority voters, and a declining, but still strong, number of union members. Major party figures include Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Cory Booker, and John Bel Edwards

Party 2 - A reflection across the isle of party 1. Basically everyone in the Republican party to the left of Ted Cruz. Neocons, pro-business Republicans, and "moral majority" Republicans find their home in this party. Major party figures include John Kasich, Mitt Romney, John Huntsman, and Susan Collins

Party 3 - A pan-ideological populist party, including elements of Sanders-ism, Trump-ism, and Paul-ism. The party runs as anti-establishment, socially libertarian, economically leftist, protectionist, and varying degrees of nationalistic. However, much of the policy positions are up to the individual candidate, rather than any "party apparatus." Major party figures include Tulsi Gabbard, Milo Yiannopoulos, Ron Paul, and Jill Stein.

I can't support any party that's associated with Milo or Jill Stein. I'd be an extremely left wing version of the party 1 crowd. Also, party 3 would crumble quickly with that glaring lack of ideological continuity.

Indeed.

But I'd be party 1, and have sympathy to party 2, especially with Huntsman and Collins as major figures.

Party Two's leading figures are more moderate, so I'd be an independent leaning towards them. I may support the Johnson/Weld/Rand Paul/Robert Sarvis wing of Party Three.

Party 1 is ideal by far, although Party 2 is a large improvement on the modern Republican Party. Party 3 is absolute garbage.

Probably 2, but I could see myself voting for any of the 3.

Seeing as though party 3 seems incoherent and I am not socially libertarian, looks like I would still be stuck as a swing voter.

Ugh, none of them are good, but I would probably be on the far-right flank of Party 2?  Where would people like Mike Pence and Scott Walker fall here?

Party 1 is good, and the other two are mixed, bordering on Horrible Party.

Party 1, but I wouldn't be upset if Party 2 won. I love Bernie, but Party 3 would be a total train wreck.

Reluctantly Party 3.

Party 1 is the epitome of things wrong with the Left now.

Party 2 is an obvious no-no.

Voting about half and half, with Party 3 getting exactly zero support from me.

If Party 2 was led by a corrupt businessman with a brain addled by venereal disease, this is basically the Italian system.

Option 3 sounds like the post-Perot Reform Party.

Yeah I'd probably be in the same wing of Party 2 as you. And if the likes of Mike Pence and Scott Walker are in Party 2 as well then me too. But over all none of these parties sound good. Party 2 does seem to be the least bad of the three though.

Yeah it really does. A real life version of Party 3 wouldn't last very long.

all three are too gross for me to vote for as a party.  I'm sure I could find individuals in each I could vote for though....and since I don't vote for party I find this all rather silly.

no vote

and this is 100% true as well.  No way in hell would "regular" (little l)ibertarian types (whateverthehellthatmeans) be in a party, on purpose, with the likes of Trump or Stein, nor would they have anything to do with anything "economically left" or "nationalistic".

Yeah, party 3 can only exist in the minds of establishmentarians who think all "populists" (however defined) are similar and have a similar appeal. I would vote for a nationalist who wants to close the borders, not for an anti-vax kook, for a Palestine/Kremlin idiot or a muh freedumb type. So party 2 for me, by the process of elimination.
