I think we have to deal with this situation.  This is becoming very out of hand.  The fact is, FuturePrez is no longer online at all.  The last time he was even on the forum he didn't even explain his absence or check into the government.  The missing of one senator makes it easier to pass certain bills that could be opposed.

Has anyone PMed him yet?

I think the Senate should try to contact him (which I believe someone already has).  If he can't be contacted, then the Senate should move to expel him.

Does anyone else agree with me?

My suggestion would be that, if a Pacific resident is interested in being represented by a Senator who is actually present for debates and votes, he should start a petition requesting the Senate to expel FuturePrez.

Does the Senate still have the power to just expell Senators or do they just do impeachment?

The Senate may expel a Senator with a 2/3 majority of the whole number of Senators.

Yes.  I have already stated that if he doesn't come back soon, I will begin proceedings to expel him.

Fwiw, if a motion is brought to expel, I will vote to expel.

I agree with the concerns that the forum members, especially the members of the Pacific, have.

Well, I'll also make this thread into a petition to have the senate expel FuturePrez.  Anyone can sign if they want to, but it is most important for Pacific residents to sign if they want to expel FuturePrez, as their representation is at stake.

I would suggest a separate thread. It would be clearer to those who wish to sign it, and would not be interspersed with unnecessary debate.

Yeah, that's a better idea.

Now that the petition appears to be gathering plenty of signatures, the question is: which Senator will propose the motion to expel Sen. FuturePrez?
