Japanese of course, though German, Biblical Hebrew, Latin, and Chinese would also be cool.

I speak restaurant Spanish (lots of "hijo de puta" and such) which came in handy on my Cabo honeymoon when QueenSweden and I wanted more poolside mojitos. I voted Chinese, though I'd be interested in German too

I've studied French and German. I would brush up on either of those, but if I were to choose something different then I would go with Latin.

I can get by in German, but I really need to learn Italian. I just have not been able to retain any of it.

Chinese (Mandarin Chinese is most common).

I need to finish Spanish (they should've made me take Spanish II this year), Japanese, French, Italian, and Latin.
