Russian hacked emails revealed that CNN handed Hillary the questions for the CNN Presidential debate.

Anderson Cooper came across as a fraud during that debate.

I read a story with Ivanka Trump saying she had an interview with CNN for her or her dad, and they reported none of the positive ideas or policies and just went all out negative.

So they gave up talking to them. This has been going on for a while.

no other channel has employed more hardcore-pro-trump voices than CNN, broadcasted so many of his rallies and tried so hard to go out of his way to please him.

i would understand if if trump would bash MS/NBC or the WAPO....but CNN?

yeah, they are trash, but i have hated them for their PRO-TRUMP campaign for months.....if i, as a trump-critic, hate them and you, as a trump-friend, hate them...they must do something right, eh?

Shame on the broadcast networks for not withdrawing alongside AP and Time and instead going in with the Republican-affiliated propagandists. They need to accept that access journalism isn't going to work over the next four tears. Not that it's ever a good thing in a democracy for media to be cozy with those in power.

Access journalism will work fine. It's just being ramped up to the next level.

How is it an attack on the 1st amendment? Freedom of the press doesn't mean that a few big media corporations should have an oligopoly on White House access.

If Breitbart, Washington Times and OANN had been excluded from the gaggle would that have been an attack on the first amendment? They are just as much 'the press' protected by the first amendment as CNN, Politico and the New York Times are.

They are literally not news. They are pure propaganda for their own (and now Trump's) agenda. No matter how many times Der Trumper says it, CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, NYT, WAPO, etc. are NOT FAKE NEWS. You may think their editorials favor one side or the other, but they are news organizations, or at least they try to be and they should be taken seriously. If the Wall Street Journal and Fox News were kept out of Obama's Press Conferences, I'd have had a problem with that, but not Breitbart.
