legal marijuana is (sadly) a pretty clear violation of the Supremacy clause. If Trump can get a case before SCOTUS quickly, dispensaries close the day after.

Medical dispensaries could have been closed on or after June 7, 2005, the day after Gonzales v. Raich was decided. Since then, the number of states with medical marijuana has doubled. It's gonna take aggressive federal enforcement to completely clamp down now that the genie is out of the bottle and only spreading faster
Yeah. It would be the same as trying to stop same-sex marriage from spreading. If the Republicans want to die on that hill, it's their choice.
